Muds Techniques and Tests

Our Muds Techniques and Tests courses are interactive, hands on, classroom-based courses.


They are presented by an industry professional and run for two days. Our partnering company provides a product specialist to educate participants on the latest industry products.


ENROL IN OUR MUDS TECHNIQUES AND TESTS COURSE TO:

  • Examine the difference between clay and polymer mud; discover which chemicals to add and how to maintain and condition a mud. Learn how to test mud and choose the most suitable type for different applications.
  • Learn about the circulation system: what components make it up and what is involved in maintaining it effectively.
  • Explore drilling fluids, their functions and properties, and which fluids best fit different jobs.
  • Get equipped with strategies to combat potential down hole problems
